Luxury Landscape Complex: Master Exterior Remodel

This project represents an extensive transformation of the grounds and exterior of a luxury property, creating multiple outdoor living environments with a focus on durable design and entertainment functionality. The work is divided into zones that combine styles, ranging from contemporary resort to classic rustic.

Central Pool, Spa, and Pavilion Complex (Resort Style)

The central area of the property was converted into a resort-style oasis, ideal for leisure and events.

Pool and Patio: The main pool is a large Concrete structure with an integrated hot tub. The vast patio is paved with a combination of large-format gray slabs for a modern aesthetic and sections of natural slate for an organic touch.
Luxury Pavilion: An elegant covered pavilion with classic white columns houses a full outdoor kitchen and an exterior living room with an entertainment center and fireplace, integrating functionality and luxury.
Sunken Fire Pit Area: A distinctive social area is the sunken seating area, featuring concrete walls externally clad in stacked natural stone, centered around a modern fire pit.
Hardscaping Structures: Retaining walls and seat walls made of natural stone (fieldstone) demarcate the different levels and add texture to the complex.

Access Patios and Decks (Porcelant and Slate)

The rest of the exterior was designed to offer resting and access spaces using premium materials:

Covered Porcelant Deck: In a main access area, an elevated deck was constructed with Porcelant Slabs flooring. The base utilizes robust Natural Fieldstone, complemented by a luxurious mahogany-toned stained wood ceiling and Travertine stairs flanked by Ornamental Wrought Iron Railings.
Rustic Slate Patio: A functional patio adjacent to the house is paved with Irregular Natural Slate slabs. The space is defined by curved stone seat walls and a white pergola that offers a shaded dining area.

Modern Balconies and Terrace Zones

The work also included hardscaping elements and structures on the façade of the modern home:

Panoramic Terraces: Curved wood decks were installed with tubular metal railings.
Walkways and Walls: Stone walkways and low retaining walls clad in stacked stone were created, integrating the home's architecture with the surrounding landscape.

This remodel demonstrates the versatility and mastery in working with stone, structures, and landscaping, creating a truly complete and spectacular exterior environment.
