Outdoor leaving

This project transformed backyard an outdoor space into a luxurious and multifunctional Outdoor Leaving, designed for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying at any time of day or night. The construction included the creation an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit area, and lounge spaces, all with a cohesive and high-quality design.

Key Elements of the Project:

Sun Deck Area

• Sun Deck: Wide paving porcelain slabs were installed around the pool, creating an elegant and Modern sun deck ideal for sunbathing and relaxation. The light tones of the paving beautifully contrast with the turquoise blue of the water.

• Seating Wall: A low wall clad in stone, extending along one side of the pool, adds texture and a natural touch, defining the space and serving as a platform for decorative or landscaping elements.

Covered Outdoor Kitchen and Bar

• Pavilion: A modern covered structure was built with robust pillars and a dark roof, providing shade and protection, creating an elegant, semi-enclosed space.

• Full Bathroom: A fully functional and modern bathroom was integrated into the structure. It features high-end fixtures, including a designer vanity, contemporary toilet,

• Full Outdoor Kitchen: A high-end outdoor kitchen was installed under the roof. It includes a built-in stainless steel grill and a modern sink with a gooseneck faucet.

• Bar with Granite Countertop: A wide bar with a glossy black granite countertop (with flecks of color) not only serves as a workspace for the kitchen but also as an elegant bar for guests. The bar's base is clad in beautiful rustic stone, providing a textural contrast.

• Integrated Lighting: The roof features recessed lighting that ensures comfortable use and the ideal atmosphere during the evenings.

• Dining/Lounge Area: Adjacent to the bar, there is enough space to place outdoor furniture, ideal for al fresco dining or an informal lounge.

Sunken Fire Pit Area with Seating

• Architectural Design: An impressive sunken fire pit area was created, accessible by steps, offering an intimate and cozy atmosphere.

• Central Fire Pit: The focal point is an elegant square fire pit with a stone base and a light-colored top, which houses a gas burner with bright blue crystals, adding a modern and visually striking touch.

• Integrated Seating: Stone or concrete benches with backrests were designed and built around the fire pit, integrated into the walls of the sunken area, providing comfortable and durable seating for multiple people.

• Ambient Lighting: Numerous recessed accent lights in the walls and under the benches and steps illuminate the space, creating a magical and safe atmosphere at night.

Swing Pergola and Lounge Area

• Pergola Structure: A freestanding, modern-design pergola in a dark color was installed, with roof slats that offer partial shade and a contemporary style.

• Integrated Swings: Two minimalist-design swings were incorporated under the pergola, offering a relaxing spot to sway and enjoy the surroundings.

• Stone Fire pit: A small stone table between the swings provides a practical surface.

• Metal Railings: The terrace is defined by elegant dark metal railings, which offer security without obstructing the panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Collectively, this project has completely transformed the patio into an Outdoor Leaving where every element has been carefully designed and executed to create a space of luxury, comfort, and entertainment."
